Wow its been a long time since a serious update.  My sincere apologize for all those avid blog readers of mine (you poor, poor souls).

Erica and I are still living in Lincoln Park in our home of wallpaper, so if any of you wanna swing buy and say hi just give us a call.  Speaking of home of wallpaper, we are going to be starting the monumental task of removing the wallpaper in the up-and-comming weeks ahead.  Which of course is something we are looking forward to about as much as I am getting my $#%$^ cut off with a rusty butter knife.  Any who...

We are puppy sitting this week for our friends down in Mexico.  So at our home we have our 8 month old puppy and their 3 -4 year old boxer.  Now that! is a fun time!  Ya....

Otherwise not too much to report.  Still doing real estate and loving it,  still in Duluth freezing my ya-ya's off, still married, still bloggin' once a year, and still loving it all.
